EEVA, a registered DBA/trade name of Duct Sealing of Arkansas LLC, takes your privacy seriously. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do with it.

What we collect.

We collect only the information needed to schedule, deliver, and follow up on weatherization, insulation, and duct sealing work. That includes your name, phone number, email address, service address, SMS consent status when applicable, and notes about the work itself (for example, whether your visit was referred through a co-op or utility program).

If you call or text us, we keep a record of those communications so our team can pick up the thread on a later call. If you email us, those emails are stored in our business email system.

How we use it.

We use the information you provide to:

What we don’t do.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not share your phone number or other personal information with affiliates or partners for marketing.

The information you share with EEVA stays with EEVA, except where we need to share it to do the job (for example, sharing your address with a co-op or utility program that is paying for part of the work) or where we are required to by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages (SMS).

If you text us, or ask us to text you while scheduling by phone, email, or in person, we may send you service-related text messages. These messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule links, and replies to your questions. Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your appointments and conversation with us.
