Program description: EEVA uses our published business number, (501) 205-2519, as the primary line for customer communication. We send and receive text messages to schedule appointments, send confirmations and reminders, share reschedule and cancellation links, answer questions about services and pricing, and follow up on completed work. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.
How you opt in: By calling or texting our published business number, or by providing your phone number to us when scheduling service (by phone, by email, or in person), you agree to receive service-related text messages from EEVA at that number.
Message frequency, rates, and support.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active appointments and your ongoing conversation with us. A typical customer receives only a handful of messages per appointment cycle.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. EEVA does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may, depending on your plan.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out any time.
You can stop receiving text messages from EEVA at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number.
If you opt out, we may still need to reach you about an active appointment by phone call. You can ask us to remove your information entirely by contacting us at (501) 205-2519 or [email protected].

Privacy.
For details on how we collect and use your information, see our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number, opt-in data, or other personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Service work.
Estimates, scope of work, pricing, scheduling, and any warranty terms for actual weatherization or insulation work performed by EEVA are agreed in writing on a per-job basis between EEVA and the customer (and, where applicable, the co-op or utility program covering the work). This page covers communication with EEVA; it is not a service contract.
Changes.
